The ReMida Day is a project including a series of initiatives related to creative re-use. The objective of the initiatives is to renovate a dialogue with creativity, sustainability, and environmental awareness, attracting curious eyes to the company waste materials, and investigating the need for an active role by each and every person in environmental safeguard.
In this special day, ReMida is open to all: everyone is welcome to take part in the activities programmed.
The initiatives included in the program have the objective of offering the ordinary citizen a new vision of materials and their transformation processes, in order to playfully spread the culture and potential of materials and their re-use.
Our intention is to stimulate a reflection on our ‘material world’, in order to learn to look at materials not only in their finished product form, but also in the phases, mutations, and processes they undergo throughout their life.

The Kinder SetUp is a gallery of welcoming, amusement and play-time dedicated to children and parents. It is a space created purposely for kids and parents to nourish their interest towards art, offering creative and playful workshops.
The Kinder SetUp area is designed by Beatrice Calia and the NGOs Magma and ReMida Bologna Terre d’Acqua, in the context of the SetUp art exhibition that takes place every year in the spaces of the Autostazione di Bologna (Bologna bus station), in Piazza XX Settembre 6.
The project includes 3 days (usually from Friday to Sunday) of activities, with rotating, 1-hour long workshops throughout the day, directed to children and families up to a maximum of 12 participants.
Each year our space will be dedicated to the specific theme of the SetUp Art Fair: in 2015 the theme was Earth, in 2016 it was Orientation.
